Dear Fr Warner,
Big Fans of your Preaching and Cooking !!!
just a quick question… where can we get earthern cookware in BOM?
Also the heavy cast iron pan that you use.
Thanks and best regards
wendy
I got the earthenware from Kerala but you can also get it online. The lady for the cast iron pan can be contacted at https://instagram.com/earthandethics?igshid=x1la4fzq6s1r. Tell her your contact was Cherida Fernandez from Dubai. My sister ordered it for me
Thank you so much. God bless !!
Tried the recipe. Simply delicious.Took me back to Goa, and reminded me of grandmother who used to cook in the Kune (mud pot – dunno if i have the spelling right), over the wood fire.
This meat curry was simply delicious. I didn’t have time to boil the meat separately, so I added it directly after frying the ground masala. . Thank you fore sharing Fr. Warner.
