Made this today with substituting the pork sausage with pork ham and making the coconut milk at home since I had coconut and time. The whole stew just elevated to another level by just adding the ham. Everyone at home loved it. We teamed it with some macaroni to add in the carb we are all so used to. Super prep Fr. Warner. Yumm!!!
This recipe is simply brilliant! Tried it today. Checked out the ingredients and method twice because it seemed so very simple – was something missing? Well, I followed the instructions ditto except that I used chicken spicy sausages instead. The aroma from the pot was unbelievable and the taste fantastic. This one is a keeper. Thanks, Fr Warner. Yesterday the palak dhal turned out super duper too and I’m making the okra in vindaloo masala tomorrow. Looking forward to that one. 🙂
I will make this dish for Easter.
Tried this today.. it has turned out yum, the details n measures given in the recipe were bang on,
